To apply for a service from Vodafone, you can visit their website and apply online or ring their sales line to speak to a member of staff who will take you through your options and sort out a package that is just right for your circumstances. You can phone the Sales on 08080 408 408.

My device/service is not working

If you have a problem with your device or service and have tried the troubleshooting guide in your instruction pamphlet you will need to get in touch with Vodafone customer support on 08700 700191. They will be able to look at your service from their end and help you to deal with any problems at yours. If there is a physical problem with a device they will arrange for a replacement or repair. If you do not have phone insurance as part of a package or separately you may have to pay for this service.

Can I keep my number if I switch to Vodafone?

If you want to change your service provider to Vodafone but would like to keep your current number Vodafone will be able to help you with the switch. You will need to phone your current provider and request the PAC code, once you have this you should ring Vodafone customer services on 08700 776655. They can do everything from there to make the switch easier. You can choose to switch over the same day or choose a date that suits you best. How do I make a Complaint?

If you have received a service from Vodafone that you don’t feel is acceptable you have every right to voice your complaint. They will handle your complaint seriously and try their best to put things right. If you are unhappy with the way you have been spoken to by a member of Vodafone staff, your complaint could mean they are disciplined or given extra training to ensure it does not happen again.
